Our Return Policy

At VitalForge, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@vitalforgefit.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@vitalforgefit.store with a photo of the item. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used or are not in original condition
  • Items without original packaging

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@vitalforgefit.store.
